Ltd. is an agri-biotech company building a compounding base of proprietary assets for crop improvement: genetic assets — validated targets, variant alleles, and elite germplasm; technology assets — reusable platforms for delivery, editing, and regeneration; and proprietary development technology — the end-to-end pipeline that converts a genomic hypothesis into a field-ready plant.
The platform integrates target discovery and predictive trait design with advanced genetic and breeding approaches to accelerate crop improvement while reducing development timelines and costs. Each crop expands the underlying genetic and trait asset base, while every evaluation cycle generates data that continuously strengthens discovery, improves prediction, and compounds the value of the platform.

As our data compounds, AI/ML moves from advisory to core — predicting targets, designing genetic variations, and prioritising crosses — without ever removing the proven wet-lab and field work that de-risks every result.

A four-stage pipeline takes each trait from data to a regenerated, validated crop. Every stage combines computational prediction with established wet-lab and field practice — and every result flows back as training data.
Target Discovery
A models trained on genomic, biological, and phenotypic data nominate and rank genetic targets; expert curation and prior evidence confirm each one before it advances. Validated targets become owned genetic assets.
Precision Editing
Model-designed guides direct intracellular delivery of CRISPR-Cas reagents to the discovered loci — proven chemistry, targeted edits, and no foreign DNA left in the cell after editing.
Tissue Culture & Regeneration
A robust, high-efficiency transformation and regeneration platform delivers fertile, edited plantlets ready for the greenhouse — the hard-won lab capability that makes the rest scalable.
Field Validation
Multi-location trials confirm trait performance under real agronomic and climate conditions — and the phenotype data returns to the models, so every cycle makes the platform sharper.
